GORU SOLUTIONS SL is the controller for website browsing, security and enquiries. Subsequent service contracts and guest registration will have their specific privacy information where appropriate.
Data, purposes and legal grounds
We process the name, telephone, optional email, property area and message you submit to respond, prepare requested information or proposals and follow up your request. Processing relies on precontractual steps requested by you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Delivery and protection may involve IP address, date, requested URL, browser and security signals, for fraud and abuse prevention and availability, on the basis of legitimate interests in security (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal duties rely on Article 6(1)(c).
Required fields are marked; without them the form cannot be processed. Do not send identity documents, banking or sensitive information. Forms do not subscribe you to marketing. We do not make decisions producing legal effects about you solely by automated processing.
Providers and recipients
Vercel hosts and delivers the website and runs the form; Resend delivers your enquiry to our email; Webempresa provides email hosting; Cloudflare Turnstile prevents automated submissions. These providers process necessary data according to their role and data protection terms. We do not sell your data. Other disclosures require your request or a legal duty.

International processing
Providers and subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Selecting a European region does not ensure every operation stays in Europe. Transfers must rely on applicable GDPR Article 44 onwards safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for covered entities and processing, or standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures where required. Retention
Enquiries are retained while needed to handle and follow up your request. Afterwards they are deleted or restricted where necessary for legal duties and liabilities. Contracts have their applicable retention periods. Technical and security logs are retained as required for their purpose under each provider’s configuration and terms. The local privacy notice preference expires after six months and can be deleted sooner in the panel.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, and object, including on grounds relating to your situation when processing relies on legitimate interests. Any consent-based processing can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
Contact hola@easytrip.es or the address above, stating your request and enough information to locate it. Additional identity information is requested only when necessary. We normally reply within one month, subject to justified GDPR extensions. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
External services and preferences
Opening WhatsApp, Kross Booking or Google is your choice and subject to their policies. Turnstile loads when you interact with a form to protect submission; you can contact us by phone or email instead. No analytics or advertising is installed. The privacy panel explains necessary technologies and lets you erase the notice preference; it does not change browser settings or other websites’ preferences.
