Services and contracting
Easytrip provides information about holiday property management and property assistance. Browsing or submitting a form does not enter you into a contract or require a purchase. The scope, conditions and costs of each service will be specified in the relevant proposal and contract. Published prices state their tax treatment; the advertised management fee is 20% plus VAT.
Use and intellectual property
Access is free apart from your connection costs. Use the website lawfully without affecting its operation or the rights of others. Text, images, brands and designs remain protected by their owners’ rights. Access does not grant permission to exploit or reuse them beyond what the law allows.
Information, availability and external links
We aim to maintain accurate information and correct reported problems. Performance figures and testimonials concern specific experiences or periods and do not guarantee future results. Links to WhatsApp, Kross Booking, Google or other websites lead to services with their own terms and policies; displaying a link does not load those services.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or restrict statutory consumer rights.
