No, with us you can leave whenever you want. The only thing we ask is that if there are pending reservations to host, we will receive them to avoid leaving third parties without accommodation.
The owner of the listing and the person who receives payments will be yourself. At the end of the month, we will issue an invoice that you need to pay. If you prefer not to worry about anything, we can receive the payment and send you your share before the 15th of each month.
We charge 20% + VAT of all hosted reservations. Additionally, we charge guests a cleaning fee ranging from 20 to 50 euros depending on the size of the property.
If you manage guest payments directly, you will receive this cleaning fee, and we will charge it to you instead of the customer on our monthly invoice.
As a fundamental aspect of our Vacation Rental Management company in Malaga, for small repairs or replacements, we will purchase them directly and invoice you on the monthly invoice. For more significant matters, such as replacing a water heater, we will request several quotes, you will need to approve one, pay, and we will take care of receiving the specialists and coordinating the repair.
No, we welcome guests directly in person. We believe that a personal touch is better for the traveler and for the apartment’s rating. Additionally, we take the traveler’s passport information to submit the police traveler forms.
